DIGITAL PRODUCT AGREEMENT
DIY Credit Improvement Course

This Digital Product Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of the date of purchase between S&M Credit Help (“Provider”) and the purchaser (“Customer” or “you”).

1. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
S&M Credit Help provides the DIY Credit Improvement Course (“Course”), a digital educational program designed to help consumers better understand their credit reports, credit factors, and steps they may take to work on their own credit. Course access is delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout.

2. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE
The Course is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, lending, or tax advice. Customers are responsible for determining how to apply the information to their individual circumstances and may seek appropriate professional advice when necessary.

3. LICENSE AND USE
Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Course for your personal, non-commercial use.

Course materials may not be copied, shared, reproduced, resold, redistributed, published, or provided to another person without prior written permission from S&M Credit Help. Unauthorized distribution may result in termination of access.

4. PRICE AND PAYMENT
The Course is available for a one-time payment of $49.00. Payment is due at the time of purchase. Course access is provided after successful payment processing.

Any third-party credit monitoring services, credit reports, subscriptions, postage, or other expenses that a Customer may choose to use are separate from the Course purchase and are not included in the $49 purchase price.

5. UPGRADE CREDIT
If you purchase the Course and later choose to enroll in S&M Credit Help’s professional credit improvement service, the $49 paid for the Course may be applied toward the initial service fee, subject to the professional service terms and enrollment requirements in effect at that time.

The Course purchase does not automatically enroll you in professional credit improvement services.

6. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
Credit results vary from person to person. S&M Credit Help does not guarantee any specific credit score increase, deletion of information from a credit report, approval for credit or financing, or any other particular outcome from purchasing or using the Course.

Results may depend on many factors outside S&M Credit Help’s control, including the Customer’s individual credit profile, actions, financial circumstances, creditor and credit bureau reporting, and other factors.

7. REFUND POLICY
Because the Course is a digital product and access is provided electronically following purchase, all Course purchases are final and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

8. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
The Customer is responsible for providing an accurate email address and other information necessary to receive Course access. The Customer is also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and Course materials.

9. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the agreement between S&M Credit Help and the Customer regarding the purchase and use of the Course and supersedes prior representations concerning the Course, except for any additional terms expressly presented at checkout.

11. ACCEPTANCE
By completing the purchase of the Course, the Customer acknowledges that they have had the opportunity to review this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms.
